Family Residence Permit and Application Process
Given that foreigners who come to our country do not always come as individuals, that is, as a single person, one of the application processes is a family residence permit. The requirements for obtaining a residence permit are as follows:
- Permission form to be filled on the site.
- Photocopy of passport or identity document (original must be presented at the appointment)
- 4 biometric photos (taken within 6 months).
- Receipt of payment of residence fee and card fee
- Photocopies of the marriage certificate or card (the original must also be submitted) If the marriage certificate was obtained from abroad, a translation of the document with the apostille must be made. If there is no apostille in the document, then an apostille must be made at the consulate or embassy.
- If the applicant is a child, the following documents are additionally required: certified birth certificate, certified consent, certified death certificate and certified custody certificate. Translation and notarization requirements for documents issued abroad are always required.

Student Residence Permit and Application Process

Long Term Residence Permit and Application Process
